Our Philosophy
“Practice getting good at being good—not getting good at being bad.”
Movement, awareness, balance and coordination come before sport technique. Athletes learn through clear demonstrations, purposeful repetition, cooperative practice, game-based learning and reflection. Strong fundamentals come before customization. Effort is expected, mistakes are learning opportunities, and being a great teammate matters.
Family stories
My (Daughter) just told me " Mom, I'm getting already so much better after what Coach Max told me about my passing"
"I got more out of 3 hours with you, than I did the past 6 months with (another coach). You actually fix the problem, within my comfort zone, rather than trying to change everything I do."
"Thanks for your help, I made my school team!"

PLAY WITH JOY
We want to make training more accessible for your family. By sharing your ideal days and times, you’ll help us gauge community interest and open new sessions that fit your busy life perfectly. Tell us when you want to play so we can bring more joy, confidence, and convenient sports sessions to our Saint John's community.
For Parents
At RT Athletics, we believe confidence is built by stepping outside your comfort zone. Athletes are encouraged to try new and challenging skills in a safe, structured environment.
Mistakes are a natural part of the process—and we recognize them as opportunities to learn, improve, and grow.
We ask parents to support the journey by valuing effort, embracing challenges, and celebrating progress over perfection.
Our goal is to be a trusted part of your child’s development—both as an athlete and as a confident, resilient person.

Building Something Bigger
RT Athletics is proud to serve the Saint John's community. Our vision is to create a neighborhood where athletes train together, support one another, and build lifelong connections through sport. A place where kids grow into confident leaders—and where the love of the game brings people together.
Getting started is simple
1. Find their program
Explore tennis, pickleball, volleyball or after-school coaching. Sport placement is based on ability, not age.
2. Choose how to attend
$30 group drop-ins, or 4 sessions for $100 / 8 for $200 per athlete per calendar month. Hallowes Cove has its own $100 monthly plan. Private coaching is arranged by inquiry.
3. Reserve every session
Register each athlete and book each class date in the program’s calendar. Buying a membership does not reserve a class. Sports credits expire at month-end and exclude Hallowes Cove and private coaching.
Joining mid-month? Contact us for sports enrollment at $25 per included session through month-end. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
