Children in extended day are welcome at our Thursday program.
At 3:30 p.m., we release them back to extended day.
Thursdays at Hallowes Cove Academy. One sport each month through purposeful coaching and play. October: pickleball. November: volleyball. Separate signup; sport memberships do not apply.
Program details & pickup
Thursday sessions
Athletes will meet the coaches in the cafeteria immediately upon release from school.Â
Release from the cafeteria at 3:30 p.m., grades K–8, up to 16 athletes.
October: pickleball. November: volleyball. December Tennis. One sport each month.
Drop-in: $30 per Thursday session.
$100 per calendar month (three, four or five Thursdays).
Separate child registration
A separate child registration collects: child name, grade, age, teacher, normal release method, parent/emergency contacts, and authorized pickup people.
Our Hallowes Cove program has its own enrollment process.
RT Athletics sports memberships do not apply to this after-school program.
Release at 3:30 p.m.
- Kindergarten–1st grade: An authorized adult must pick up at the cafeteria, or athletes are returned directly to extended-day staff.
- Grades 2–8: Athletes may walk or bike home only when it is their normal release method and has been selected by the parent. Otherwise, an authorized adult must pick up at the cafeteria.
- Extended-day students are welcome and are returned directly to extended-day staff after the session.
No classes November 26, 2026 or December 24, 2026–January 3, 2027 inclusive.

Hallowes Cove has its own registration and $100 monthly plan. Sports memberships do not apply. Choose a session to view the booking calendar.
For monthly enrollment, choose RT Athletics | Hallowes Cove Monthly on the next screen. Complete your child’s registration during enrollment or booking. Sport memberships cannot be used here.
